Parking
Parking on the premises is free on-site and is conveniently located directly next to the festival entrance. Please follow signage to the south parking lot and refrain from parking in the tasting room lot.Â
Lodging
The nearest city to Edenvale Winery is Medford. Medford has many affordable hotels within a short drive. We suggest COMPAS by Margaritaville. This is the closest Hotel to the space. Orchard Home Bed and Breakfast is also right down the road from the venue.

Edenvale Winery is also available to stay at through the Harvest Host website. You will also find other nearby wineries with Harvest Host listings.Â
​
Ashland is just a 15 minute drive away and has many boutique hotels, BnBs, and some larger hotel chains. We recommend the Ashland Springs Hotel in downtown Ashland.

Talent and Phoenix are within 10 minutes of the venue. There aren't any hotels available, but there are a variety of Airbnb's and some vacation rentals.Â

Is there parking available onsite?Â
Parking is free and available on site near the entrance to the faire.

Are outside food and drink allowed?Â
No outside alcohol will be allowed in. Water and snacks are ok.

Is this event family-friendly?
All ages are allowed. We will have many activities for all ages including a fairy garden and DIY crafts as well as puppet shows, bubbles, mermaids and fairies. Some performances may include innuendos. Parental guidance is required. All minors MUST be accompanied by a guardian.Â

Can I bring pets to the festival?
Only service animals will be allowed on site.

What is the festival’s policy regarding inclement weather?Â
The Wonder Woods Renaissance Faire is a rain or shine event! All shows and performances go on as scheduled rain or shine. The only exception is for the safety of the performers or our guests.

Can I leave and re-enter the festival grounds during the day?
You may leave the festival grounds and return on the same day. A wrist band is required for re-entry on the same day.
​
What measures are being taken for safety and security at the event?
We will have security on site and will do bag checks at the entrance to ensure no modern weapons of any kind are allowed into the event. Period weapons such as a sword or dagger are allowed as part of costumes and as props. Please do not draw your period weapon while inside of the event areas including parking areas. All period weapons will be required to be peace tied or fixed to a sheath.

Is the faire ADA accessible?
Yes! This is an outdoor event so there may be uneven ground, grass and gravel.
​
Will there be jousting?
Not this year, but we hope to host jousting in the future.
​
Will trinket trading be allowed?
Absolutely! Many vendors will have trinkets available and we encourage guest to bring their own.
